Convertable.ai Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Convertable.ai website ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications. If at any point you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of Convertable.ai.

2. Use of Service

Convertable.ai provides tools for content generation, data analysis, and other functionalities. You agree to use the Service in a manner that is lawful and consistent with these Terms.

3. OpenAI Terms

Our Service utilizes OpenAI's technologies, and your usage of Convertable.ai is subject to adherence to OpenAI's terms. To review OpenAI's terms, please visit OpenAI's Terms of Service.

4. Account Registration

In order to access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. Ensure that all account information you provide is truthful and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in account termination.

5. Subscriptions

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid elements of the Service (“Subscription(s)”), you agree to our pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time. Convertable.ai uses Stripe to process payments, and by agreeing to these terms, you agree to be bound by Stripe's services agreement as applicable.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), and you will be charged in advance on a periodic basis. By default, Billing Cycles are set monthly. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless cancelled by you or Convertable.ai. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your subscription management page.

To initiate a Subscription, you must provide a valid payment method, such as a credit card, through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details. By submitting this payment information, you authorize Convertable.ai to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the provided payment method.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, quotas and Service features provided. Any modifications of subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is available below, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version of these Terms on our website. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
